Every detail has been designed to offer maximum practicality, hygiene and comfort in all stages of preparation. Ease of use, higher functionality

Every detail is designed to improve the chefs' daily work:
• Push-pull system without screw for easy disassembly to access control panel for inspection and cleaning of the elements.
• More workspace in the same footprint.
• Squared and aligned front profile.
• Lower rear exhaust grate for more ergonomics.
• Flush joint system for perfect alignment and maximum hygiene.
• Rear technical compartment for an easy installation of electrical cables and water/ gas piping.
• 1 mm minimum stainless steel thicknesses guaranteed (+20% increase of AISI 304).

THICKNESS MATTERS

The worktops are made of 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel: a choice superior to industry standards for maximum resistance against heat distortions or deformations due to weight.

LIKE ONE SINGLE WORKTOP

The water-tight gasket (optional) added between adjacent equipments blocks the passage of liquids and dirt, increasing the level of hygiene.

ERGONOMIC ATHERMIC KNOB

Completing the project, the new ergonomic knobs guarantee a secure grip, IPX4 protection against liquids for an excellent user experience.

The Milo line is designed for maximum versatility: a fully customizable modular system, engineered to adapt to the workflows of the most demanding professional kitchens. Each module is available in gas or electric versions , with depths of 700–900 mm to ensure maximum adaptability to any workspace.
